Project Manager - Avasant Labs

Project Manager for Avasant Labs responsible for managing and coordinating product releases, multiple client environments, and operational requests. Will act as primary point of contact for enterprise clients and ensure smooth platform administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
• 4-6 years of experience in managing operational execution, release coordination, and platform administration for enterprise-scale ServiceNow-based applications
• Strong project and program management skills
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
• Ability to plan, track, and coordinate releases, enhancements, and operational activities
• Good understanding of enterprise SaaS or workflow platforms
