The Global Talent Acquisition - Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment operations and leading a team of recruiters to meet AVASO's global staffing needs.

Requirements

• Manage and cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment
• Prepare and manage the recruitment database
• Ensure timely responses to hiring managers and candidates
• Monitor the performance of the team and track progress against KPIs
• Recruit, Manage and oversee special projects
• Develop and implement advanced global sourcing strategies
• Act as the primary point of escalation for recruitment-related challenges
• Facilitate effective communication between the recruitment team and hiring managers
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics
• Drive global employer branding initiatives
• Ensure all recruitment processes comply with local and international labor laws
