Job Description
stow is one of the leading suppliers of storage solutions. As a Process Engineer, you will review and optimize the production processes of stow’s Ovar plant, lead cost-reduction initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years' experience as a process engineer in metalworking industry (metal forming, welding) - mandatory
- Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant area
- Knowledge of LEAN tools
- Previous experience in Production process engineering activities (continuous improvement is a plus)
- Hands-on approach, in strict collaboration with Production shopfloor
- Proactive, autonomous player, with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to analyze complex systems and develop innovative solutions
- Solid communication skills, able to collaborate with several stakeholders in a team environment
- English fluent, both verbal and written
