Job Description
Your mission is to manage your own portfolio of SPVs in real estate and provide ongoing legal support to clients from incorporation to liquidation. You will also prepare and lead board and shareholders' meetings, liaise with notaries and international law firms, and stay informed about legal and regulatory developments in Luxembourg.
Requirements
- University degree in Law
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a (Junior) Legal Counsel or in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
- Ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to clients
- Solution-oriented approach to resolving problems
- Capacity and affinity to work in an international and teamwork-orientated environment
- Fluency in German and English
