Requirements
- Experience in customer success or working with SaaS/platform customers
- Structured, proactive, and communicative working style
- Technical understanding, especially around KI, automation, and platform architectures
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and digital CS processes
- Enjoy customer contact, strategic thinking, and operational implementation
