Job Description
The Living Company is seeking an Investment Analyst to contribute to the full life cycle of investment management, including live transactions, asset management, fund modelling, and investor relations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in Big 4, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related field
- Strong financial modelling capability, including cash flow modelling, feasibility analysis, and valuation techniques
- A commercially minded, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
- Analytical rigour with advanced Excel and quantitative skills
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality investment papers and reports
- Confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders and external advisors
- An understanding of Australian real estate markets and development processes (highly regarded)
- A degree in Finance, Commerce, Property, Economics, or a related discipline
