Job Description
AvePoint is seeking an HR Specialist to join their People Team. The role provides broad HR exposure with HR Business Partnering as the core focus, supporting employee lifecycle work, building manager-ready materials, owning process steps, and contributing to cross-functional People Team projects.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent, or a related coordination or support role
- Strong communication (written and verbal), problem solving, and follow-through
- A growth mindset: curious, coachable, proactive
- Analytical comfort: Excel basics, ability to interpret data, attention to detail
- Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information
- Demonstrated reliability and accountability
