Work with accounting, delivery, and sales teams to streamline processes and communicate effectively. Identify and resolve challenges, use data and analytics to measure and forecast revenue data, and contribute to process development and improvement.
Requirements
- At least 1 years of work experience in service revenue operations or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data and analytics
- Excellent interpersonal and English written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the service operation process and the company's target audience and goals
- High attention to details
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel
- Experience with software industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
