Job Description
Averna is looking for Account Managers to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, sales, and solution selling, with a strong understanding of engineering design and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Optical, Electrical preferred)
- Solid understanding of engineering design and manufacturing processes
- Technical understanding of automation, test, and measurement equipment concepts
- Experience with automation applications, including precision mechanics and optical systems
- 5+ years of Account Management experience with Fortune 500 OEM clients
- Experience in solution selling, including Test & Measurement solutions
- Demonstrated experience in consultative technology solution selling of capital equipment to OEMs/CMs
- Business development of key accounts, including qualifying customers for Averna's capabilities and driving internal teams to meet customer requirements
- Account planning and management
