Job Description
You are responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards at our site in Gotha. You coordinate complex quality processes, lead a team of quality engineers and act as the central interface between suppliers, production and customers to drive continuous improvements and innovations.
Requirements
- Completed technical studies or equivalent qualification in the field of quality management or engineering.
- Funded experience in the application of quality tools such as Six Sigma, root cause analysis and statistical data evaluation.
- Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Safe handling of ISO standards and regulatory requirements in the processing industry.
- Confident German and English skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
