Job Description
A Place at Home is seeking caregivers in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, IL to provide weekend and fill-in non-medical professional care. Caregivers will assist clients with personal care, ADLs, and light housekeeping, and may assist with appointments and errands. Responsibilities include companionship, meal preparation, and driving clients to appointments.
Requirements
- Review client care plans and provide assistance as needed.
