Job Description
As a client-facing individual contributor, the Analytics Consultant leads the delivery of high-impact, data-driven insights and scalable analytics solutions for Avetta clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Lead client-facing analytics engagements
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
- Translate complex business problems into structured analytical approaches and scalable solutions
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and business context
- Architect, develop, and maintain complex dashboards, data models, and analytical solutions
- Proactively identify data quality, integrity, and structural issues; recommend and implement improvements
- Translate complex datasets into compelling narratives that drive actionable business decisions
- Provide thought leadership in analytics, contributing to internal and external visibility of capabilities
- Mentor junior team members and elevate overall team analytics maturity
- Support organizational data literacy and promote a data-driven culture
