Manager, Global Payroll

The Manager, Global Payroll will oversee Avetta's worldwide payroll cycle end to end, including processing payroll and recording all expenses and accruals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with global payroll, deep understanding of payroll accounting, experience scaling payroll processes, and building efficient processes.

Requirements

• ADP Workforce Now experience
• NetSuite and Rippling experience (preferred)
• CPP or equivalent payroll certification (preferred)
• 7+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state US payroll and international payroll experience
• 5+ years accounting experience
• 3+ years management experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proven experience working in a team under pressure to meet deadlines
• Trustworthiness and high level of confidentiality
