Job Description
AVEVA is a global leader in industrial software, looking for a Senior MES Software Engineer to join their MES Delivery team in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Transact-SQL, JavaScript, and RESTful Web APIs, and hands-on experience in implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Requirements
- Experience or exposure to MES systems
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor integration
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Industrial Software, Production IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in C#,.NET, Web API development
- Proficient in creating and optimizing SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Strong experience in implementing responsive and interactive front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Solid understanding of SCADA solutions and industrial communication protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
