ServiceNow Senior Developer

AVEVA is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer and Integration Engineer to lead and support the integration of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions with the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of IAM principles, ServiceNow workflows, and integration patterns to ensure seamless and secure automation of identity-related processes across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow application & integrations
• Work closely with business analysts, developers & stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of the organization
• Design, develop, and implement integrations between IDAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD) and ServiceNow
• Configure ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, and MID Servers to facilitate secure data exchange
• Write efficient & high-quality code which is scalable & maintainable
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Create go-to-market proof-of-concept applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Create unique service portal pages and widgets to aid the business organization
• Ensure that ServiceNow applications are stable, scalable & secure
• Troubleshoot & debug issues in ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow technologies and trends
• Oversee development of the ServiceNow solution in accordance with industry best practices to ensure system compliance
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with other developers to ensure code quality
