Job Description
The Recruiter (Bilingual) role is responsible for working closely with the EE Relations & TA Manager to develop effective recruiting strategies, identifying passive candidates, and implementing proactive talent sourcing programs. The role involves collaborating with the recruiting team to execute talent-sourcing tactics, managing multiple searches, and conducting preliminary interviews.
Requirements
- Bilingual in French/English language
- Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components
- Ability to understand and interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter capable of working independently
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in using social media for sourcing
- Intermediate, hands-on experience utilizing an applicant tracking system
- Experience with activity tracking and candidate screening documentation
