Job Description
We are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated team and make a difference in the lives of our patients. We want to change the approach to the care system in the UK and put people first.
Requirements
- A-Levels or equivalent
- Two years of customer service experience
- Medical Terminology course completion within six months of employment
- Anatomy/Physiology and/or Pharmacology course completion (whichever is most relevant to the department)
- Associate's Degree and coursework in a healthcare related field (preferred)
- Computer skills (Windows-based applications and intranet/internet use)
- Ability to work independently, be goal directed and have strong organizational skills
- Multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under stress
