We are looking for HR Talent to serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner on team planning, recruiting, performance management, career development, leadership coaching, organizational design, employee relations, and compensation to support a scalable and progressive people organization in a fast-growing technology company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Human Resources Generalist and/or Human Resources Business Partner experience
- At least 4-6 years of full-lifecycle experience recruiting engineers
- At least 2 years hiring Software Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, or Product Designers
- Experience working as part of a global team
- Strong understanding of US employment and immigration law(s)
- Strong business acumen, a solid understanding of core organizational goals and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with discretion, thoughtfulness and empathy
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and growth as a creative resourceful problem solver
- Experience in a fast-growing tech start-up
- Experience in building a diverse and inclusive team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field
- Familiarity with navigating HRIS, and Microsoft 365 and Teams
