Director, Business Development

We are seeking a Business Development Director to manage strategic and operational sales and marketing activities for assigned Business Unit revenue growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical/business field.

• Responsible for co-creating and achieving revenue budget for all responsible Business Unit sites
• Reviews volume input performance by account and develops, executes, and reports on actions to achieve goals
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with external customer functional leadership
