Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Aircraft Lead (A&P) to oversee the maintenance tasks in the service, repair, and overhaul of aircraft to ensure airworthiness. The Lead Mechanic will ensure timely completion of tasks and provide training and mentorship for an assigned function area.
Requirements
- Ensures all tasks are promptly completed in compliance with federal regulations, customer guidelines, and company policies.
- Reviews required customer and FAA paperwork to ensure proper maintenance updates and compliance with applicable regulations and customer requirements.
- Leads the maintenance, preventative maintenance, or alteration of, or approves and returns to service, any aircraft, or part thereof, only for which that Lead is rated and has satisfactorily performed the work concerned at an earlier date.
