Job Description
The Lead Mechanic oversees the maintenance tasks in the service, repair, and overhaul of aircraft to ensure airworthiness, provides training and mentorship for an assigned function area, and assists with Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities for short periods of time.
Requirements
- High school degree
- 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul
- Certification as an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic or equivalent
