Job Description
Aviatrix is seeking a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) – Backend Engineering to join its growing SaaS Platform team. The role involves designing, implementing, testing, and shipping backend features and services that are reliable, well-documented, and maintainable. The MTS will work closely with senior and principal engineers, contribute to the design and implementation of microservices, and grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Design, implement, test, and ship backend features and services that are reliable, well-documented, and maintainable.
- Build and extend microservices using Golang, following team conventions around gRPC and RESTful API design.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle — from requirements and design to code review, deployment, and monitoring.
- Write clean, well-tested code; contribute unit and integration tests and maintain high code quality standards.
- Debug and resolve issues in distributed backend services; participate in on-call rotations as you grow into the role.
