Avid Bioservices is seeking a Director, Quality Assurance Operations to lead quality-related initiatives and drive strategic quality enhancements. The role involves collaborating with management, identifying process improvements, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. degree (preferably in Life Science)
- 10+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Five years in quality assurance
- Supervisory/management experience
- cGMPs and equivalent regulations knowledge
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
- Operational Excellence experience
