Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with TS/SCI w/Poly clearance to work on software development and support projects. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
Requirements
- TS/SCI w/Poly clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience (or 10 years with AA/AS or 12 years with HS Diploma)
- Experience with Agile
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
- Versatility to handle multiple aspects of software development and support
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and users
- Experience producing high-quality work independently while adapting agile principles to a solo development environment
- Experience providing software demonstrations once a quarter to the customer
