Job Description
Lead multi-day backpacking trips for youth and teach Leave No Trace principles, teamwork, and how to unplug and reconnect with nature. Housing and transportation provided during training in Colorado. Compensation based on position, certifications, and staff tenure.
Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- 3-year valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 1+ years of experience leading multi-day camping or backpacking trips
- Experience working at a youth overnight, expedition, or day camp preferred
- Active CPR certification + Wilderness First Responder/EMT Certification
- Passion for outdoor expeditions and comfortable with multi-day camping excursions
