Job Description
Assist in the preparation and filing of external reporting with the SEC and other regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with requirements, and providing strategic financial insights to support the organization’s goals. Prepare and review SEC filings, and other reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in SEC financial reporting or public accounting, preferred
- Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and financial reporting standards
