The PM front desk agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing excellent customer service, and settling guest accounts. Primary responsibilities include registering guests and providing attentive, courteous service.
Requirements
- Experience in a hotel or guest service field preferred.
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Must be able to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
