Job Description
The Group Engineering Lead drives the team to meet deadlines, ensures guidelines and processes are documented, and grows the team, both in size and skills. The Team Lead in this position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including drafting, design, manufacturing, tooling, and quality areas.
Requirements
- 5+ Years as People Manager in a Engineering Field
- Project Management experience applying PMP methodologies
- 5+ years of related experience working as an engineer directly or handling drafting in design roles
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Mechanical, Electromechanical, manufacturing, aerospace, etc.)
- Experience in creating and implementing new processes
- Experience mentoring and providing technical training to team members
