Job Description
Join Avis Budget Group as a Chargé de clientèle - Agent de comptoir (F/H) in a 5-month seasonal contract. Ensure client satisfaction and manage departures and returns. Develop sales argumentation and participate in daily operations.
Requirements
- Manage clients' departures
- Ensure the security of our vehicles
- Welcome clients back and handle billing
- Identify repairs to be scheduled and handle administrative dossiers
- Participate in daily operations of convoying and cleaning
