Job Description
Join Avis Budget Group as a Customer Care Agent - Counter Agent in a CDI 35h contract and contribute to a thriving work environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and proposing additional sales. Develop sales argumentation and work on rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Manage client departures, establish rental contracts, and explain general terms of rental
- Ensure vehicle security by following internal processes and treating follow-up and management reports
- Welcome clients on return, explain and apply additional billing for damages and/or fees, and identify repair work
- Participate in daily operations of transportation and cleaning
