Learning Specialist

The Learning Specialist supports training delivery across field locations and works onsite with employees and leaders to assist with onboarding, role-based, and customer experience training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in training, customer service, operations, or learning support
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with frontline employees and leaders
