The Learning Specialist supports training delivery across field locations, working onsite with employees and leaders to assist with onboarding, role-based, and customer experience training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in training, customer service, operations, or learning support
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with frontline employees and leaders
- Experience using common workplace and learning tools (such as learning management systems, virtual meeting platforms, presentation tools, and basic reporting tools) or a willingness to learn
