Requirements
- Post-secondary studies in business administration or commerce, preferably
- Over one year of experience in an office environment within the securities sector
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
- Experience with Dataphile, preferably
- Ability to work independently to meet required objectives
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills
- Proficiency (written and spoken) in both French and English
