We are seeking a bilingual tax administrator to join our Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all tax verifications are processed in a timely manner, managing monthly tax payments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education, professional designation in accounting, business administration and/or financial administration.
- Four to six years of experience in the financial services sector, preferably in the field of income tax returns.
- Knowledge of the CRA and CSA regulations.
- Proficiency in both French and English for effective communication with partners, clients, and colleagues across Canada.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong analytical skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- A high level of attention to detail and precision.
