Job Description
Aviso is seeking a Director, Product Design to join their Client Experience team. The Director will lead a team of Product Designers and be responsible for delivering best-in-class wealth platforms for Canadians.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- At least 7-10 years working on technology-powered products
- User experience evangelist with design-led philosophy
- Agile and product delivery expertise
- Technical comprehension and problem-solving skills
- Business knowledge and analytical skills
- Software and tool proficiency (Figma, Photoshop, Miro, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of customer experience and user journeys
