Product Owner, Temporary

Aviso Wealth is seeking a Product Owner to join the Client Experience, Marketing, and Communications (CXMC) team for 12 months. The Product Owner will be responsible for managing the product backlog and working closely with the delivery team to bring the product vision to life.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Certifications in Product Ownership or Management, such as Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner
• 2+ years' experience as a Product Owner or Manager, ideally in a fast-paced, Agile development environment
• Experience in the Wealth/Investment industry or experience with similar products
• High digital savviness and comfort with a range of software, including MS Office Suite, SQL/Oracle database, Power BI, Smartsheet, Azure DevOPS, Google Analytics, MIRO, and Figma
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles and experience with prioritization methods like Value vs Effort and RICE
• Creative thinker with a vision and ability to conceptualize innovative solutions and features
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills and the ability to clearly articulate product vision and strategy
• Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong collaboration and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
