Senior Analyst, Fund Reporting

As a Senior Analyst, Fund Reporting, you will participate in all financial and regulatory reporting of Northwest & Ethical Investments (NEI) family of investment funds and support the firm's continued growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma required, commerce or business admin preferred
• CPA accounting designation preferred, but not required
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in fund reporting/auditing/accounting within the mutual fund/asset management industries
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards related to investment funds
• Experience with new fund launches and fund mergers is preferred
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and continuously prioritize work
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with departments across the organization and with various service providers
• Commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
