Requirements
- 5 years of experience in compensation or total rewards management in a high-performing HR environment
- Proven ability to conceptualize and implement advanced digital reward solutions
- Hands-on experience with Compensation modules in platforms such as SuccessFactors or Workday Advanced Compensation
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, including MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Fluent German and English language skills
