Job Description
A Project Manager is sought by a well-established company in the commercial and industrial construction sector to manage technical projects from contract award to financial closure, ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, and budgetary requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction or building mechanics
- Experience managing large-scale projects (several million dollars)
- Experience with general contractors
- On-site experience
- Excellent plan reading and estimation skills
- Good understanding of standards and the Building Code
- Analytical spirit and decision-making ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
