Frontend Engineer

Avoca builds AI-powered customer engagement systems that replace traditional call centers for home service companies. We're looking for a founding Frontend Engineer to own features end-to-end and shape how thousands of customers interact with our AI-powered customer service platform.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of full-stack/frontend engineering experience
• Expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Strong experience with Tailwind CSS
• Strong familiarity with AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted systems
• Outcome-driven mindset
• Comfortable collaborating across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
• Low ego, high energy, resilient in a fast-paced environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality front-end development work
