Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will secure diverse, stable supplies of scrap plastic commodities generated from the Waste Management and Recycling industry. They will build mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, control material quality, and close deals. The role involves travelling, meeting potential suppliers, and communicating with the client's global teams.

Requirements

• Significant commodity Sales experience based 'on the road'
• Exceeding financial targets
• Developing a high volume of new material from current and new suppliers
• Negotiating with customers to maximise margins and close deals
• Managing existing accounts and hunting for new ones
• A can-do entrepreneurial attitude with a high level of integrity
