Field Sales Representative

Our client is a family-run Japanese company with a 200-year history, looking for a Field Sales Representative to grow their UK Pet Independent channel. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing wholesale distributors, and expanding market share.

Requirements

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for sales and recommendation of the Ciao and Inaba brands
• Manage selected wholesale distributor and grow brand's market share and market penetration
• Manage customer relationships through optimised contact and visit strategy
• Acquire and maintain high level of technical product knowledge
• Deliver training to store staff to achieve sales and recommendation objectives
• Develop and implement Customer Business Plans to achieve targets
