Requirements
- Source and engage candidates globally using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Conduct initial screening conversations with candidates
- Learn how to evaluate profiles and identify strong talent for different roles
- Support interview coordination across time zones and stakeholders
- Maintain and update candidate data in our ATS
- Gain exposure to market mapping and recruitment strategy
- Help improve candidate experience through clear communication and follow-ups
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition projects
