Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in rugs, textiles, or home décor industry
- Strong network within the interiors, retail, and/or furniture industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
