You will work for the dedicated sales division of our client, specializing in providing AR-based solutions to industrial companies and training institutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial sectors or the education/training industry.
- Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and achieving sales targets.
- Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a strong understanding of sales funnel creation and management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with a focus on achieving results.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Germany to meet clients and attend industry events.
