Requirements

- Proven track record in business development, ideally within IT consulting, with a focus on building client relationships in the banking and insurance sectors
- Entrepreneurial mindset, highly motivated to grow a new market and team
- Ability to work independently, with an understanding of the German business environment and regulatory landscape
- Proficiency in German and English
