As a Sales Representative, you will manage a portfolio of retail shops, build relationships with store managers, and act as a key link between stores and sales/marketing teams.
Requirements
- Establish and maintain a good business relationship with store managers
- Train store managers on product features, new launches and promotions
- Carry out periodic surveys of prices, assortment, etc.
- Monitor products on store, availability, visibility and accessibility for shopper
- Propose display improvement projects of products, favouring the on-shelf visibility of products
- Ensuring POP material and other business communications is placed on shelves and displays and set up extra displays also outside promotional periods
- Collaborate on special projects organised in shops by the client
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Trade Marketing departments any damaged shelves, stands or visuals of the client
- Report important and/or interesting in-store activities from competitors or other pet companies
- Collect sell-out data on competitor products
- Identify new opportunities for product placement
- Order management: transfer orders to area distributors
