Role Overview

As a Procurement Specialist at Avon, you will lead sourcing activities for packaging materials across the Asia Pacific region, supporting our beauty portfolio. You will drive cost efficiencies, strengthen supplier partnerships, and ensure high standards in quality, sustainability, and innovation.

What You Will Do

Developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and supporting sourcing operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 3 years of procurement or sourcing experience, ideally within FMCG or packaging within a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with hard and soft packaging development
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and project management skills
• Proven ability to identify and deliver cost savings
• Confidence working across diverse cultures and teams
• Good analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of sourcing processes, contracts, and data management
• Financial awareness and a proactive, adaptable mindset
• Comfortable using digital tools and systems
