BDC (Call Center Agent)

Avondale Toyota is seeking a BDC agent to be the first line of contact for service appointment scheduling. The role focuses on providing a positive customer experience, maintaining a high call volume, and exceeding service appointment goals. The agent will review service history notes and set appointments for the service department.

Requirements

• Answer inbound phone calls.
• Set appointments for the service department.
• Make outbound phone calls to acquire new service appointments.
• Maintain professionalism and a high level of service.
• Set service appointment goals (100 inbound, 100 outbound, more text/email) and adapt to them.
• Set proper expectations for guests.
• Be a team-player.
