Job Description
Handle desktop tickets, provide L2 level support, and perform physical setup of IT equipment. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as needed.
Requirements
- Handle all tickets assigned through Service Now Ticketing tool
- Provide complete L2 level desktop related Hands & Feet support
- Software installation and troubleshooting, VPN setup, support and troubleshooting
- Complete handover of any IT equipment to users and setting up same at user’s seat location
- Co-ordinate with other internal teams for issues which need assistance to resolve
- IT Hardware / software purchase requests coming through tickets to be notified to Lead (follow up with vendors if need be) and supplied to the requestor.
